Omar Kandeel

Omar is a 23-year veteran software executive and management expert passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential.
His most recent accomplishments are establishing two software operations and launching their respective flagship products. Omar also lead the complete transformation of Shams Chemicals. During his tenure he tripled its revenues, converted its losses to profit, resolved chronic supply chain problems and expanded the company’s product portfolio. Omar had also co-founded a Management Consulting firm that successfully landed and completed projects with prestigious multinational companies locally and abroad.
His expertise is in software development and solutions, process improvement and digital and business transformation. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the American University in Cairo.
