Bassam Qaldas

Bassam Qaldas is an HR Business Partner at Siemens Energy. For the past 5 years, he has worked on various HR projects, mega deal mobilization, early career internship programs to foster diverse youth talents at an early stage and grow to meet company’s hiring and business demands. Bassam believes in diversity and inclusion being a main pillar of that culture and that leaders needs to understand the importance of a diverse team and inclusive talents. Bassam has been recognized in their field for Excellent communication and presentation, Entrepreneur Internship programs and others. He graduated Asyut University and acquired his Human Resources Management certification from the American University in Cairo.
